Legal Basis for Processing
Consent: we ask for your clear consent for marketing messages and for non-essential cookies.
Performance of a contract: processing needed to carry out the service agreement between you and eboost.gg.
Legal obligation: processing required by tax rules, consumer protection law, and other applicable legislation.
Legitimate interest: processing for the platform's security, for better service quality, and for fraud prevention.
Data Transfers

Retention Period
General data: kept for as long as the service relationship lasts and for 3 years after it ends, so that legal duties are met.
Game account credentials: erased from our systems within 72 hours of the boosting order being completed.
Financial data: kept for the period that tax law requires.

Right to rectification: you may ask for inaccurate or incomplete data to be corrected (GDPR Art. 16).

Right to object: you may object to processing that rests on legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 21).
