The rules for buying and selling on the eboost.gg marketplace, how escrow protects each side, and what Buyers, Sellers, and Boosters owe one another.
Last updated: August 16, 2026
Parties and Definitions
Site or Platform: the digital platform running at the domain eboost.gg.
eboost.gg: the marketplace operator that acts as a neutral go-between, supplying the digital infrastructure for deals between Buyers and independent providers (Boosters and Sellers) and handling payments through its escrow based Secure Transaction System.
Marketplace: the online platform operated by eboost.gg, where Buyers and independent Sellers or Boosters meet to trade digital gaming services and products. eboost.gg is not a party to those deals but makes them possible.
Buyer: an individual who purchases game accounts, digital products, or boosting services through the Site.
Seller: an individual who sells game accounts, in game items, or digital products through the Site.
Booster: an independent provider who carries out in game progression, level gains, league or rank promotion, and similar digital work for the Buyer through the Site. A Booster is not an employee of eboost.gg.
Product: the game accounts, in game items, and digital assets a Seller offers for sale through the Site.
Service: the digital gaming work a Booster performs on a Buyer's account.
Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement governs the rights, duties, and responsibilities of the Buyer, the Seller, the Booster, and eboost.gg in connection with buying and selling Products and Services on the Platform.
Platform Role and Intermediary Status
eboost.gg works purely as a marketplace intermediary, joining Buyers with independent Sellers and Boosters. It neither supplies, owns, nor controls any of the Products or Services that appear on the Platform.
Every deal made through the Platform is between the Buyer and the independent Seller or Booster. eboost.gg stands outside those deals and takes on none of the obligations of the Seller or the Booster.
The facilitation services the Platform offers are these: an escrow payment system (the Secure Transaction System), dispute mediation, quality monitoring, and tools that let the parties communicate.
eboost.gg is not responsible for what Boosters or Sellers do or fail to do, nor for the quality of their services or products. Users engage with Boosters and Sellers at their own discretion.
To keep the Marketplace sound and safe, eboost.gg may remove listings, suspend or close user accounts, and step into disputes as it sees fit.
Buyer Rights and Obligations
A Buyer may cancel or pull out of a Product or Service bought through the Site only on the cancellation and withdrawal terms set out on the Site.
The Buyer must pay the price of the Product or Service through the Secure Transaction System that eboost.gg manages. That payment sits in escrow until the Seller delivers the Product and the Buyer confirms it, or until the Booster fully completes the Service.
The Buyer understands that a Booster is assigned to a Service order within 36 hours of the order being confirmed, and agrees to wait out that window.
The Buyer understands that if a Seller declines to deliver a Product or a Booster declines to perform a Service, eboost.gg bears no liability for that refusal, although the Buyer's payment held in escrow is refunded.
The Buyer understands that eboost.gg is not liable for any temporary or permanent ban, restriction, penalty, or similar measure a game company may impose after a Product or Service has been received.
The Buyer understands that once completion of the Service is confirmed on the Site, the Service fee, less the eboost.gg commission, is paid over to the Booster or Seller.
Seller Rights and Obligations
The Seller represents and warrants that they own the Product offered for sale or are authorized to transfer it, and that nothing in law stands in the way of the sale.
The Seller accepts that all legal responsibility for a Product on offer rests with them alone, and that eboost.gg is not a party to the sale.
The Seller warrants that the listing details are accurate, complete, and current, and that they hold every access credential needed to hand the Product over to the Buyer.
The Seller represents that the Product carries no hidden faults, bans, restrictions, or anything else that lowers its value.
The Seller accepts that they carry full responsibility if a Product is recovered, locked, banned, or otherwise lost access to after the sale.
The Seller agrees not to approach game companies in order to recover a Product after the sale; if they do, they must make good every loss suffered by the Buyer and by eboost.gg.
The Seller accepts that once the sale is complete, all rights in the Product have passed to the Buyer and the Seller has no further connection to it.
If the Seller breaches this Agreement, eboost.gg may suspend or close the Seller's membership and cancel the order in question.
The User accepts that an "account sale" is in practice the transfer of a license right that the game publisher granted to the end user, and that the publisher may refuse to recognize that transfer or may revoke it. The Platform gives no guarantee that a transferred license is valid or will endure. If the publisher reclaims a purchased account, the Buyer has no claim for compensation against the Platform. The Seller accepts that any attempt to regain access to the account after transfer leads to the escrow funds being returned to the Buyer and the Seller's account being closed for good.
Selling stolen accounts, accounts taken through unauthorized access, or accounts belonging to other people is strictly forbidden. The Seller declares that the account on offer is theirs or that they have authority to transfer it. Before a sale the Platform may request extra information and documents to confirm ownership. Where an account is found to be stolen, the deal is cancelled at once, the escrow funds are frozen, the Seller's account is closed permanently, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Booster Rights and Obligations
The Booster must perform the Service taken on through eboost.gg within the scope and timeframe stated in the listing, with proper care and good faith.
The Booster agrees to use the Buyer's account details only as far as performing the Service requires, and never to pass them to anyone else.
The Booster accepts sole responsibility for any penalty that comes from using cheats, bots, prohibited software, or breaking the game's rules while performing the Service.
The Booster accepts that the fee is paid over once the Service is complete, after the warranty period and after the eboost.gg commission is taken.
The Booster accepts that they are not an employee of eboost.gg, that the Service is provided independently, and that no employer and employee relationship exists between the parties.
The Booster undertakes to carry out only the actions set in the order scope on the account they are given access to, to leave items, balance, and other digital assets untouched, and to share account credentials with no one. In case of a breach: (a) the booster's earnings on that order are cancelled, (b) compensation is paid to the affected user, (c) the booster's account is closed for good, and (d) the Platform may pursue legal action.
Secure Transaction System
The Buyer, the Seller, and the Booster accept that every payment for a Product or Service made through the Site runs through the Secure Account that eboost.gg manages.
The Secure Transaction System shields the Buyer against paying and then not receiving the Product or Service, and shields the Seller and Booster against delivering and then not being paid.
Money held in the Secure Account does not belong to eboost.gg; it is held in escrow purely to keep the transaction safe.
eboost.gg runs on commission as a marketplace intermediary. A service commission comes off each completed transaction before the rest is paid to the Seller or Booster, and the rate that applies is shown at the time of listing or when an order is accepted. eboost.gg is neither a payment service provider nor a financial institution; its role is simply to move funds between the parties as part of running the marketplace.
eboost.gg meets its tax obligations only on the commission it earns as an intermediary, in line with the law of its own jurisdiction.
Sellers and Boosters are independent contractors and answer in full for every financial obligation that grows out of what they earn on the Platform, including income tax, value added tax, and any other charge their own jurisdiction requires. eboost.gg does not act as a tax agent, withholds or remits no tax for any user, and is not answerable if a user fails to meet local tax duties. No relationship of employment, partnership, or agency exists between eboost.gg and any Seller or Booster.
Cancellation and Refund
An order that has not yet started may qualify for a full refund where the cancellation request comes in within 24 hours of the order being confirmed.
For an order already under way, a partial refund may be given, worked out from the verified share of work completed, at the discretion of eboost.gg.
Completed orders are generally not eligible for a refund, since the digital service is regarded as fully delivered.
A refund request goes through the Site's support system. Every refund is returned through the original payment method within 3 to 14 business days.
Disagreements over whether a refund is due are settled through the Platform's Dispute Resolution procedure described in Section 11 of this Agreement.
The User agrees to go through the Platform's own dispute resolution procedure before opening a chargeback with their payment provider on any completed transaction. A chargeback raised before that procedure is exhausted counts as a breach of this Agreement. Losses the Platform takes from a chargeback (the transaction amount plus the payment provider's penalty fees) may be set off against the User's Platform balance or future receivables. The Platform may suspend the accounts of Users who raise chargebacks repeatedly. Nothing in this clause affects a User's statutory right to dispute a genuinely unauthorized or incorrect charge with their payment provider.
Termination of the Agreement
This Agreement takes effect when the Service is completed and stays in force between the parties without a fixed end date.
Limitation of Liability
eboost.gg is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages that arise from use of the Platform, including lost profit, lost data, and lost goodwill.
The total liability of eboost.gg on any claim connected to the Platform is capped at the amount of the specific transaction in dispute.
eboost.gg is not liable for anything game companies do, including bans, suspensions, restrictions, or any other penalty placed on users over Products bought or Services received through the Platform.
Since every Product and Service comes from independent Sellers and Boosters, eboost.gg is not answerable for the quality, timing, accuracy, or completeness of those Products or Services. Its part is limited to making transactions possible and mediating disputes.
eboost.gg is not liable for losses that follow from unauthorized access to a user's account where the user has not kept their login details, passwords, or other access information secure.
eboost.gg is not liable for any failure or delay in meeting its obligations under this Agreement where the cause lies beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet or infrastructure outages, cyberattacks, pandemics, and other force majeure events.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits the liability of eboost.gg for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the applicable law. Where a User deals as a consumer, their mandatory statutory rights are unaffected by this Agreement.
Dispute Resolution
Step 1: The party with the complaint files a formal dispute through the Platform's support system within 48 hours of the problem arising, setting out a clear account of the issue along with any supporting evidence.
Step 2: Once the dispute is in, the Platform notifies everyone involved and gathers evidence, statements, and documents from each side within 3 business days.
Step 3: The Platform reviews everything gathered, including system logs, chat records, transaction data, and submitted documents, and issues a decision within 7 business days of the evidence deadline.
Step 4: For every marketplace transaction run through the Secure Transaction System, the Platform's decision is binding. Escrow funds are released, refunded, or redistributed to match it.
Step 5: A party that disagrees with the decision keeps the right to go to law within 30 days of being notified of it. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any such dispute is brought before the competent courts of England and Wales. Nothing in this clause deprives a consumer of the protection afforded by any mandatory provision of the law of their country of habitual residence.
Kind Teammates: Definitions
Kind Teammates: the section of the Site where Users book companion gaming and social services — playing together, coaching-free casual sessions, voice or text chat, watch-together sessions and similar activities — from independent providers.
Teammate: an independent provider who offers Kind Teammates services through the Site. A Teammate is not an employee, agent or representative of eboost.gg, sets their own prices and availability, and is solely responsible for the service they deliver.
Customer: a User who books a Teammate's service through the Site.
Order: a single booking of a Teammate's service, made at the price and for the duration shown at the time of booking.
Session: the period during which the Teammate delivers the ordered service, beginning when the Teammate starts the Order and ending when the Teammate completes it.
Payout Hold: the period after a Session is completed during which the Order's payment is retained by eboost.gg before it becomes available to the Teammate.
Kind Teammates: Ordering and Payment
Teammates set their own prices. A service may not be listed below 1 USD. A promotion offered by the Teammate may reduce an individual Order to 0 USD; this does not change the minimum that applies to listed prices.
An Order is created unpaid and reserves the Teammate's time. Payment must be completed within 30 minutes. An Order left unpaid past that window expires automatically, and the reserved time is released to other Customers.
A Customer may hold at most 3 unpaid Orders at any one time. Because each unpaid Order reserves time, this limit exists to stop a Teammate's availability being blocked without payment.
Payment is made through the payment methods offered on the Site or from the User's Site wallet balance. Payment is taken at the time of the Order and is held by eboost.gg; it is not paid to the Teammate at that moment.
Prices are shown inclusive of any Site fees payable by the Customer. Any fee charged by the Customer's own bank or payment provider is the Customer's responsibility.
Kind Teammates: Accepting, Starting and Completing
An Order passes through a fixed sequence, and each step carries a deadline. Where a deadline passes without the required action, the Site resolves the Order automatically and no request from either party is needed.
Acceptance: a Teammate must accept a paid Order within 24 hours. An Order not accepted within that period is cancelled automatically and the Customer is refunded in full.
Start deadline: after accepting, the Teammate must begin the Session within 24 hours. Where the Order is for a scheduled time slot, the Session must instead begin no later than 2 hours after the slot's own start time. An Order not begun by its deadline is cancelled automatically and the Customer is refunded in full.
Minimum duration: a Session may not be marked complete until at least 5 minutes have passed since it began. This applies to every service.
Abandoned Sessions: where a Session is left running far beyond any plausible end for the service ordered, the Site closes it and treats it as completed at that point, so that neither the Customer's payment nor the Teammate's earnings are left in an open state indefinitely.
Completing an Order is a declaration by the Teammate that the ordered service was delivered. Marking an Order complete without delivering the service is a breach of this Agreement and may result in the Order being refunded and the Teammate's account being suspended or closed.
Kind Teammates: Payout Hold and Reports
Completing a Session does not pay the Teammate. Payment for a completed Order is held by eboost.gg for a fixed period so that the Customer has a real opportunity to raise a problem before the money moves.
Payout Hold: payment for a completed Order is held for 24 hours from the moment the Session is completed. Once that period passes with no report outstanding, the payment is credited to the Teammate's Site wallet.
Reports: a Customer may report an Order within the Payout Hold. A report immediately stops the hold period from running, and the payment remains held until eboost.gg has reviewed the report and reached a decision. Only the Customer who placed the Order may report it.
Outcome: where a report is upheld, the Order is refunded to the Customer in whole or in part as eboost.gg determines, and any remainder is released to the Teammate. Where a report is not upheld, the hold period resumes and the payment is released to the Teammate.
Held payments are not the Teammate's property until released. A Teammate may not withdraw, transfer or otherwise dispose of an amount that is still within its Payout Hold or subject to a report.
eboost.gg reviews reports as marketplace operator, not as a party to the Order. Its decision on releasing or refunding a held payment does not decide any wider dispute between Customer and Teammate.
Kind Teammates: Cancellation and Refunds
A Customer may cancel an Order at any time before the Teammate begins the Session, and is refunded in full.
A Teammate may decline an Order before accepting it. The Customer is refunded in full.
Once a Session has begun, it may not be cancelled unilaterally. A Customer who is dissatisfied with a Session that has begun or completed must use the report process described above.
Where a Teammate's account is suspended or closed, every Order of theirs that is awaiting acceptance, awaiting a start, or in progress is cancelled and refunded to the Customer in full. Orders already completed are not cancelled automatically; they remain subject to the report process, so that a Session which was in fact delivered is judged on its own facts.
Refunds under these sections are credited to the Customer's Site wallet balance, and wallet balance may be used for any further purchase on the Site. A refund is not returned to the original card or payment method, except where mandatory consumer law gives the Customer a right to a refund to the original payment method, in which case that right is honoured.
Because a Kind Teammates service is performed live and personally at a time reserved for the Customer, it is a service that begins with the Customer's consent and is consumed as it is delivered. Any statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply does not survive the start of the Session.
Kind Teammates: Teammate Earnings and Withdrawals
Payments released after the Payout Hold are credited in full to the Teammate's Site wallet. No commission is deducted from an individual Order.
Commission is applied when a Teammate withdraws wallet balance. The Teammate receives the percentage shown on their earnings page at the time of the withdrawal request — 85% by default — and eboost.gg retains the remainder as its marketplace fee. The applicable percentage is shown before a withdrawal is confirmed.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed before payment. eboost.gg may withhold or reverse a withdrawal where an Order in the balance is subject to a report, where the account is under investigation, or where the request appears to be fraudulent.
Teammates are responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on their earnings in their own jurisdiction. eboost.gg does not withhold tax on their behalf.
Before processing a withdrawal, eboost.gg may require a Teammate to verify their identity and to provide any tax or payment information needed to meet its legal, tax-reporting, and anti-fraud obligations, and may withhold payment until that information is provided.
Kind Teammates: Tips
A Customer may send a Teammate a voluntary tip from their Site wallet balance during a conversation. A tip is between 1 and 10,000 USD and requires sufficient wallet balance at the moment it is sent.
A tip is voluntary and additional to the price of any Order. A Teammate may not require, request as a condition of service, or make delivery of an ordered Session dependent on a tip.
Unlike payment for an Order, a tip is credited to the Teammate immediately and is not subject to the Payout Hold. A tip is final once sent and is not reversed by the report process, because it is not payment for a service that can be found undelivered.
eboost.gg may reverse a tip where it was sent through fraud, error caused by the Site, or a compromised account.
Effectiveness
By making a payment for any Service through the Site, the User declares that they have read, understood, and accepted every provision of this Agreement. This Sales Agreement takes effect on the day eboost.gg publishes it on the Site.
