Parties and Definitions
The words below carry the following meanings wherever they appear in this Agreement.
"Site" or "Platform" means the digital service running at www.eboost.gg together with every related subdomain. It is owned and operated by EBOOSTGG LTD, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 16883185, with its registered office at Unit 501 Leroy House, 434-436 Essex Road, London, N1 3FY, United Kingdom. eboost.gg runs an online marketplace that brings independent service providers (Boosters and Sellers) together with Buyers so that gaming related transactions can take place.
Marketplace: the digital intermediary environment operated by eboost.gg, where Buyers and independent providers deal with one another. It supplies the technical backbone, handles payment processing, and offers the mechanisms used to resolve disputes.
User, Member, Customer, or Buyer: any individual or legal entity that registers an account, purchases a service, or otherwise makes use of the Platform in any way.
Booster: an independent contractor, whether a person or a company, who supplies gaming related services through eboost.gg. Boosters operate on their own account. They are not staff, agents, or representatives of eboost.gg, and they alone answer for how their services are carried out and for their quality.
Seller: an independent user who lists products they own or otherwise control and offers them to other users on eboost.gg. Sellers act as independent contractors and carry full responsibility for their own listings and deals.
Product: goods, services, or both.
Boost: the act of advancing a game account in level, league, rank, or any comparable progression measure.
Service: every digital service and virtual product made available through eboost.gg. Among other things this covers intermediary services, boosting, in game coaching, game accounts, e-pins, and game codes.
Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement sets out the conditions under which the services available on eboost.gg may be used. It records what each party may expect, what each party must do, and the rules that govern use of the Platform.
Platform Intermediary Role
eboost.gg is a neutral marketplace facilitator. It supplies the technical infrastructure that lets Buyers and independent providers (Boosters and Sellers) find one another and transact. eboost.gg does not itself deliver gaming services, boosting, coaching, or any of the other services listed on the Platform.
What eboost.gg provides is the connective layer between independent providers and Buyers: escrow based payment processing, dispute handling, communication tools, and quality assurance systems.
eboost.gg is not a party to the deals struck between Buyers and Boosters or Sellers. The contract to actually deliver a service is formed solely between the Buyer and the independent provider. The role of eboost.gg is confined to running the marketplace and the support services that go with it.
eboost.gg does operate quality measures such as provider screening, ratings, and monitoring, but it gives no guarantee as to the outcome or the standard of any single service performed by an independent contractor on the Platform.
Terms of Use and User Obligations
The User confirms that everything supplied at sign up and during use of the services is true, complete, and current. Any legal consequence that follows from a false statement rests with the User.
Keeping the account username and password confidential is the User's own responsibility. Anything done through the account is treated as having been done by the User.
The User agrees to use the Platform within the bounds of every law and regulation that applies, and answers for any activity that breaks those laws.
The Platform must not be used for spam, bots, viruses, malware, automation, anything that interferes with how the systems run, or anything that violates the rights of others.
Whatever comments, opinions, or content a User posts on the Platform are the User's own responsibility, and eboost.gg carries no liability for that material.
The User agrees not to attempt unauthorized access to software, data, or accounts belonging to other users or to third parties.
Securing one's own device and system while using the Platform is down to the User. eboost.gg is not answerable for damage to a User's hardware or software.
If a User ends up with an unfair gain because of a technical or software fault on the Platform, the User must report it to eboost.gg without delay.
eboost.gg may restrict, suspend, or close the membership of any User who breaks this Agreement.
Where this Agreement is breached, other accounts linked to the offending User may also be closed where that is warranted, and any losses that result may be set off against the User's balance.
When there are security concerns, a suspicion of fraud, or a regulatory reason, a User's balance may be put on hold for a time. If the review shows a refund is appropriate, it is returned through the original payment method.
The User may not advertise, divert, or otherwise commercially exploit the services offered on eboost.gg through outside channels.
The User confirms that they are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their own jurisdiction if that is higher, and that they have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. eboost.gg may require proof of age and may suspend or close any account it believes to be held by a person below that age.
Special Provisions Regarding Services
eboost.gg has no formal connection to any game developer or publisher.
The User understands that boosting, coaching, and similar services ordered through the Platform may run against the terms of service or EULA of the relevant game publisher. The Platform gives no warranty that any service complies with a publisher's terms. Any ban, restriction, rank reset, or account closure that comes from using these services is the User's own responsibility. Should a game publisher request it, the Platform may halt an entire service category; where that happens, orders still in progress are refunded out of escrow, while orders already completed are not refunded.
Any completion time quoted is an estimate only, and no delivery deadline is guaranteed.
A Booster may spend in game resources where that is needed to carry the service out properly, and the User accepts this.
In duo boost services, if the User's actions, deliberate or not, harm the process, the order type may be changed and no refund will be given.
For coaching, nothing is promised about winning matches, climbing leagues, or gaining levels.
Payment, Cancellation, and Refund
Where a service has not yet begun, a cancellation or refund can be requested within 24 hours of the order being confirmed.
For an order already under way, a partial refund may be granted in line with how much of the service is finished. The amount is worked out by taking the value of the completed portion off the order total.
For digital services that are already finished, refunds are generally not given, in keeping with the consumer protection rules that apply to digital content.
A refund that has been approved is processed within 3 to 14 business days, depending on the payment method, and is returned through the original payment method unless something else is agreed.
Where a chargeback is raised without good reason, eboost.gg may recover from the User every loss that results from it. This does not affect a User's statutory right to dispute a genuinely unauthorized or incorrect charge with their payment provider.
Intellectual Property Rights
Every piece of software, design, trademark, logo, domain name, infrastructure, and content belonging to the Platform is the property of eboost.gg. None of it may be copied, reproduced, or put to commercial use without written permission given in advance.
Privacy and Personal Data
A User's personal data is handled in line with the data protection laws that apply, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) among them where relevant. The User accepts that informational and promotional electronic messages may be received in accordance with the applicable law. Our Privacy Policy holds the fuller picture.
Game account credentials (username and password) handed over for boosting are treated as personal data and held in encrypted form. They are used solely to fulfil the order in question and are permanently erased from the Platform's systems within 72 hours of the order being completed or cancelled. After a boost is finished it is up to the User to change the account password. The Booster undertakes never to store, screenshot, or pass these credentials to anyone else.
Dispute Resolution Procedure
For marketplace transactions, the system logs, transaction records, and computer records held by eboost.gg constitute evidence of the matters they record. This does not limit a consumer's right to submit their own evidence or to rely on any mandatory legal protection.
Step 1: The party raising the dispute files it through the Platform's support system, setting out the full detail and any evidence tied to the transaction.
Step 2: Within 7 business days of receiving the dispute, eboost.gg examines the evidence put forward by both sides. Both the Buyer and the Booster or Seller are given the chance to make their case.
Step 3: Working from transaction logs, messages, system records, and the evidence submitted, eboost.gg reaches a binding decision on the dispute. For marketplace transactions handled through the Platform, that decision is final.
Step 4: If the matter remains unresolved, or a party does not accept the Platform's decision, legal action stays open to them. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any legal dispute arising out of it is brought before the competent courts of England and Wales. Nothing in this clause deprives a consumer of the protection afforded by any mandatory provision of the law of their country of habitual residence.
Limitation of Liability
eboost.gg is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages that arise out of or relate to use of the Platform or of services obtained through it.
In any claim arising from a transaction, the liability of eboost.gg is capped at the amount of the transaction in dispute. Its total liability will never exceed what the User paid for the specific transaction behind the claim.
eboost.gg is not liable for anything done by game developers or publishers, including bans, suspensions, restrictions, or any other penalty placed on a User's account.
Because the services on the Platform come from independent contractors (Boosters and Sellers), eboost.gg is not answerable for the quality, the timing, or the outcome of what those independent providers deliver.
Internet outages, technical faults, infrastructure problems, natural disasters, cyberattacks, and other events beyond the reasonable control of the parties count as force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure brought on by such events.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits the liability of eboost.gg for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the applicable law. Where a User deals as a consumer, their mandatory statutory rights are unaffected by this Agreement.
Kind Teammates: Nature of the Service
Kind Teammates is a marketplace for companion gaming and social services. It is not a dating service, an escort service, or a service of a sexual nature, and it may not be used or advertised as one.
The following are prohibited on Kind Teammates, whether in a listing, a profile, a chat message, a voice call, an image, or during a Session:
Sexual content, sexual services, nudity, or any suggestion that either is on offer.
Any arrangement to meet in person, and any request for a Customer's or Teammate's home address.
Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content degrading any person or group.
Content involving, depicting, or directed at minors.
Requests for account credentials, payment details, or identity documents.
Moving payment or communication off the Site in order to avoid Site fees, records, or protections.
Both Customers and Teammates must be at least 18 years old to use Kind Teammates. eboost.gg may require proof of age and may close any account it believes to be held by a minor.
A Teammate is an independent provider. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership or joint venture relationship between a Teammate and eboost.gg.
A breach of this section may result in the immediate removal of a listing, cancellation and refund of open Orders, withholding of held payments pending review, and suspension or closure of the account.
Kind Teammates: Conduct During a Session
A Teammate must deliver the service as described in their listing, for the duration ordered, at the agreed time, and may not substitute a different service without the Customer's agreement.
A Customer must not require a Teammate to do anything outside the ordered service, anything prohibited by these Terms, or anything the Teammate is unwilling to do. A Teammate may end a Session at any time where the Customer's conduct breaches these Terms, and eboost.gg may treat such a Session as delivered.
Recording, streaming, or publishing a Session — including voice, video, chat content, or images shared during it — requires the other party's consent.
Either party may report the other for conduct that breaches these Terms. Reports about the delivery of a paid Order are handled under the report process in the Sales Agreement.
Kind Teammates: Becoming a Teammate
Becoming a Teammate requires an application and approval by eboost.gg. Approval is at eboost.gg's discretion, and an application may be declined without a reason being given.
Once an application is approved, the Teammate profile becomes that person's public identity on the Site. The display name, avatar and profile details shown to other Users are those of the Teammate profile.
A Teammate is responsible for the accuracy of their listings, prices, availability and profile content, and for holding the rights to any image, audio or text they upload.
eboost.gg may remove a listing, suspend a Teammate profile, or close a Teammate account where these Terms are breached, where reports about the Teammate are upheld, or where the Teammate is unreachable while holding open Orders.
Kind Teammates: Reviews and Ratings
Only the Customer who placed an Order may review it, only after the Session has been completed, and only once per Order. A review consists of a rating from 1 to 5 and an optional comment, and may be left anonymously.
A review must relate to the Session actually delivered. Reviews that are untrue, that concern something other than the Order, or that contain content prohibited elsewhere in these Terms may be removed.
Neither party may manipulate ratings. This includes placing Orders in order to leave reviews, exchanging positive reviews, offering payment or a discount in return for a review, and pressuring a Customer to change or withdraw one. eboost.gg may remove affected reviews and suspend the accounts involved.
A review is the opinion of the Customer who wrote it, not a statement by eboost.gg. Removing a review is a separate matter from the report process, and does not by itself refund an Order.
Effectiveness and Acceptance
By registering on the Platform, purchasing a service, or using the Platform in any way, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted every provision of this Agreement.
